Set Contents:
- 1x Fender (2-piece design)
- 2x M3x14 bolts (requires 2.5 mm Allen key)
- 2x M3 washers (7 mm)
- 4x M3x10 bolts (requires 2.5 mm Allen key)
Attention! Tighten all bolts carefully. Do not overtighten.
Step 1: Pre-assemble the fender sections
Take both sections of the fender. Connect them together at the bottom using two short bolts. Tighten them firmly enough so the two pieces hold together securely, but do not fully lock them yet.
Step 2: Position the mudguard
Place the mudguard underneath the fork arch and over the wheel. Gently slide the mudguard into the arch by moving the wheel into position.
Note: This sliding method is not recommended for the Long version. For the Long mudguard, you must remove the front wheel first before positioning and mounting the fender.
Step 3: Secure to the fork legs
Align the mudguard with the fork legs. Thread two short bolts into the mounting holes located on the sides of the fork legs.
Step 4: Mount to the fork arch
Secure the upper part of the mudguard to the fork arch. Use the two longest bolts along with thewashers to screw the mudguard directly into the arch.
Step 5: Final tightening
Tighten the two lower bolts that connect the two fender sections together at the bottom. Finally, check all other bolts to ensure the entire setup is secure.
