Duties and taxes
All shipments inside the EU will be taxed at the VAT rate of customer’s country and will be delivered without any additional duties.
All shipments outside the European Union will be taxed with 0% VAT however may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise.
Your carrier will collect your import charges upon delivery to you.
We ship your package “Duties & Taxes Unpaid” (DDU), we will not be able to predict what your particular charges may be.
Our page uses geolocation base on your IP address to estimate your shipping destination and and show proper prices in the shop. The final price (VAT rate) will be available during check out when you enter the shipping address.
Order fulfilment
We have no inventory of ready made products. Every order is subject to individual production process.
Because of that the following procedure is applied:
- just after you place successfully paid order, you will receive confirmation e-mail
- we need up to 5 business days to produce, prepare and ship products you ordered
- when the order is ready for shipment, you will receive e-mail notification with and invoice issued
- after actual shipment you will receive order notification with tracking link included

Poczta Polska
We use Poczta Polska as basic a shipping carrier. We use “GLOBAL EXPRESS” service.
The shipping cost is:
- Inside EU
- 8 EUR (+VAT)
- Outside EU
- 10 EUR (+VAT)
The final shipping fee can be seen during checkout.
Delivery time strongly depends on the country and situation. Here are average delivery times for sample destination:
- UK – 10 days
- Finland – 9 days
- Germany – 5 days
- Australia – 31 days
