Set Contents:
- 1x Mudguard (2-piece design)
- 2x M3x16 Socket Head (requires 2.5 mm Allen key)
- 2x M3x16 Button Head (requires 2 mm Allen key)
- 1x M3x20 Flanged Button Head (requires 2 mm Allen key)
Attention! Tighten all bolts carefully. Do not overtighten.
Step 1: Prepare the fork
Thoroughly clean the fork arch, ensuring the threaded mounting holes are free of dirt and debris. Remove the front wheel – it is required to mount the mudguard properly.
Step 2: Install the front section
Insert the front section of the mudguard from behind the fork arch at a slight angle. Gently maneuver and slightly flex the part into position, pressing forward until it fully seats and aligns flush with the contour of the fork arch.
Step 3: Position the rear section
Take the rear section of the mudguard and gently squeeze both sides inward so it slips easily past the fork legs. Slide it into place, aligning it closely with the front section.
Step 4: Mount the mudguard to the fork arch
Start by threading the center flange bolt into the arch loosely – do not tighten it yet. Next, insert the two button head bolts into the outer holes of the arch and tighten them down securely. Finally, tighten the center fairing bolt, taking extra care not to overtighten it.
Step 5: Connect both mudguard sections
Thread the two socket head bolts into the side holes that join the front and rear sections together. Make sure the bolts catch the threads properly before tightening them firmly. Finally, verify that all bolts are properly tightened
