Measuring 43 cm in length, this is the reinforced equivalent of our fully polypropylene Universal model. The length has been precisely engineered to provide excellent protection in virtually all weather conditions, while ensuring the mudguard is not disturbed even during the most aggressive riding.

The carbon mudguard is 60g lighter than its 3D-printed counterpart of the same size, weighing in at just 125g. Despite it weighs less, the carbon fiber shell is significantly stronger and more durable than plastic equivalents. It is designed for all disciplines, from trail riding to the most demanding Enduro and DH tracks. It is the ultimate choice if you need an MTB mudguard that thrives in harsh conditions.

While developing this bolt-on fender, we utilized an innovative hybrid approach: combining a carbon fiber shell (with a universal shape optimized for performance) with dedicated, 3D-printed mounts designed specifically for each fork model.

This synergy of both technologies captures the best of both worlds to create exceptional protection. The carbon shell provides strength and flexibility, while the 3D-printed components retain the signature features of our brand:

What’s more the shell of the mudguard is unpainted, leaving the raw carbon fiber weave visible for a high-end, premium look. The main mounting bracket (bolting part) follows the shape of the arch, making it look just like a native component of your fork. No zip ties or adapters are required, it is perfectly fitted from the get go.

To ensure the highest quality of the carbon shell, we chose not to “reinvent the wheel.” Instead, we partnered with a composite specialist with 20 years of experience, merging their manufacturing expertise with our MTB engineering knowledge in the area of mud protection. This collaboration resulted in a product where every detail is meticulously considered:

• Layered Construction: The shell consists of multiple layers of carbon fabric, oriented in different directions to achieve the ideal balance between stiffness and flexibility.
• Impact Resistance: We use a specific epoxy resin designed to provide the necessary rigidity while preventing cracks during side impacts.
• Safety First: The edge of the shell is finished with a PVC trim. This provides a clean aesthetic and, more importantly, covers the sharp edge of the composite, making the mudguard safe in the event of a crash.
