Description

This EXT ERA V2 mudguard is probably the most advanced one available on the market. Mini version especially for fans of minimalistic look.

Minimalistic but efficient

It’s the shortest member of the family. The mudguard is 25cm long but still provides full seal and stanchion protection. Minimalistic design merges with the construction of the fork.

The fender contains unique side seal protectors to keep mud splashes away from the stanchions. You will notice the difference of oil colour during periodical maintenance.

No compromises on clearance

In contrast to other, universal mudguards available on the market, shell of this fender has perfectly fitted cuttings for the arch and the crown. Thank’s to that the mudguard has unbeatable overall tire clearance, but on the other hand it fits to the crow during bottom out.

Reliable fixing

When somebody buys EXT ERA V2, for sure tough riding is coming. The mudguard – besides of two fixing bolts – has unique shape holding fork legs front and rear. Thanks to that the mudguard stays stiff without need to use any additional fixing straps.

The design process of the fender based on 3D scan of the actual EXT ERA V2 fork. Thanks to that it fits perfectly to the arch and the mudguard is natural extension of your fork. Seems that both have been designed together.

The design of the mudguard for EXT ERA V2 is based on over two year experience with mudguards for multiple brands like RockShox, FOX, Öhlins and Manitou. We produce our fenders with unique technology – 3D printing out of polypropylene.

Multiple size versions

We learned that as many riders, so many opinions about perfect mudguard size. So the mudguard is available in four sizes. But it’s not everything. You can mix front and rear among sizes, which gives 16 unique mudguard combinations.

Lengths of particular sizes measured from top rear edge of the arch:

• Long – 48cm long (15cm front/33cm rear)
• Universal – 41cm long (12.5cm front/28.5cm rear)
• Racing – 30.5cm long (7.5cm front/23cm rear)
• Mini – 25.5cm long (6cm front/19.5cm rear)

Premium features

Every mudguard kit contains bolts made of A2 stainless steel for fixing. Sensitive areas of contact with fork body exposed for vibration are protected by foam tape.
