Mudguard dedicated for VAIA fork, created in collaboration with Extreme Racing Shox.
Ultimate protection
The mudguard is 52 cm long (23 cm front, 29cm rear) which gives unbeaten protection from mud even during most extremely wet conditions. It’s the most effective mudguard for upside down fork.
Free the wheel
One of the big benefits of reverted fork is reduced unsprung mass on the wheel. So why to reverse this effect by putting additional weight on the wheel again? MX mudguard for VAIA is attached to the crown which eliminates any influence on the suspension. Additional benefit is reduced noise since the mudguard is not exposed to vibrations during the race.
Factory level fit
Since the mudguard has been designed strictly for VAIA in close cooperation with the EXT team, it fits perfectly to the fork.
The mudguard fits perfectly to the shape of the lower crown.
Thanks to the special spider, the mudguard is securely attached inside the steering tube. You can adjust the mudguard to the offset of your fork by simply rotating the mounting bracket.
The mudguard is compatible with all DH frames, even with the ones with most steep lower tube.
The rear part of the mudguard is compatible with even most steep lower tubes on the market.

Brake hose always on it’s place
You don’t want the brake hose to hang loosely on your bike when riding through narrow trails full of bush and branches. You will find additional hose bracket in the box to keep it always on place and prevent shifting. You will attach the bracket directly to the factory stanchion protector.
The clam keeps the hose on its place close to stanchion protector.
The mudguard is equipped with hose guide located just under the lower crown. It keeps the hose in paralel to upper tube and allows it to move in such position without bending.
The upper guide keeps the brake hose close to the upper tube but allows it’s movement up and down.
Proven technology for custom designs
The mudguard is 3D printed out of polypropylene. Thanks to this technology we could crate product dedicated for unique VAIA fork at reasonable price point.
The technology gives unique features to our fender. Thick, stiff areas are hollow to reduce weight, since much thinner main shell remain flexible. We can also create shapes that are perfectly fitted to the fork.

Tested by Intense Factory Racing Team
The mudguards are in regular service for Intense Factory Racing Team during DH World Cup 2025. Thanks to that we can be sure that they are capable of surviving event hardest conditions of DH race.

Multiple colours available
You can order the mudguard in classic black, but if you are more extravagant you have over 10 other colours to be chosen.
Premium features
All bolts used for the mudguard are A2 stainless steel. You will find also thread locker to secure mounting bolts within the box.
