This fender aligns directly with the fork’s structural layout, offering mud protection without affecting the movement of the lower suspension assembly. The Intend Flash 35 utilizes an upside-down design that requires a precise, non-generic mudguard solution.

Compatibility Note: This mudguard is not only made for the Flash 35, but it also fits the Hero, Edge, Bandit, and Infinity models from year 2022 or newer because they share the same crown design. Before purchasing, please make sure your fork is from the 2022 model year or newer, as it will not fit older versions.

It is manufactured specifically to integrate with this specific chassis profile, providing a debris barrier for riders who require a stiff clearance setup that functions without altering the unsprung mass distribution of their suspension.

Debris & Wet Weather Shielding

Designed to handle saturated trail surfaces, this extended front mudguard helps deflect spray, water, and loose track debris. The long shape provides coverage to keep the front wheel throw away from the rider’s face and goggles during wet trail sessions. It serves as a dedicated solution for inverted suspension setups.

Dual Mechanical Attachment Interface

Engineered to prevent lateral rotational play common with extended fenders on USD forks, this model uses a two-point locking layout. The upper mount fastens straight into the inner steerer tube by adapting to the original threaded cap supplied with your Intend fork. Below the crown, the structure relies on two 3D-printed clamps that wrap around the upper tubes and bolt directly to the fender body, forming a stable reinforcement bridge that prevents rattle during compression.

Brake Hose Routing & Clearance

Depending on the specific configuration of your cockpit and brake system, the placement of the stock Intend hose guide may conflict with the upper section of the mudguard shell. To ensure proper clearance and prevent any binding as the fork cycles, the package includes double-sided 3M adhesive. This allows for the clean removal, relocation, and re-attachment of the factory guide to a position on the fork chassis that maintains optimal hose routing.

Suspension Mass Optimization & Clearance

Standard inverted fork layouts benefit from low unsprung weight. By placing the fender mounting anchor directly at the crown interface, the guard is isolated from moving wheel components. This high-clearance positioning maintains a steady gap above the tire tread, allowing mud to shed efficiently without packing.

Polypropylene 3D Shell Structure

Production utilizes 3D-printed polypropylene to combine localized strength with impact tolerance. The mounting sections and lower hardware loops feature a thickened cross-section to resist mechanical vibrations, while the extended mud shield profile retains elastic properties to deflect rock hits without fracturing.
