Racing mudguard for Mondraker Crafty, Chaser, Dusk, and Crusher

Description

Long mudguard designed from scratch especially for Mondraker Crafty, Chaser, Dusk, and Crusher with aluminum rear triangle (2023-2024). Uses native bolt holes for better fixing.

Protection

Protecting bearings, frame and rear shock from mud and rocks during fast ride. 

Longer side walls of the mudguard provide additional protection for suspension bearings.

Factory level fit to Mondraker bikes

Thanks to the 3D printing technology, the fender is perfectly suited to the  rear suspension. Precise positioning allows to use all clearance available but on the other hand preventing hit into frame during full compression. Simple, timeless design perfectly corresponds to the look of the bike.

Front part of the mudguar fits perfectly to complex shape of the swingarm.

Fender line resembles the shape of the bike downtube.

Simple installation

The fender has been designed from scratch, specifically for Mondraker aluminum rear triangle (Crafty, Chaser, Dusk, and Crusher) and uses native bolt holes located on the swingarm.

Two bolts provide main fixing point for the fender.

To prevent rotation of the mudguard, it’s equipped with special reinforcements in area of contact with swingarm. It gives stiff connection with construction of the bike.

The mudguard holds the swingarm from both sides.

Tire clearance

The fender is designed to provide optimal tire clearance, but on the other hand to be safe and not collide with any bike element during bottom out.

Durability

The mudguard is made of polypropylene, thanks to which, in terms of strength and flexibility, it is not inferior to fenders made in injection technology available on the market.
