Good Mud Protection
This mudguard is long enough to provide good protection in a medium and dry riding conditions. Measuring 26 cm from the seat stay, it offers effective coverage for your suspension and rear shock in most scenarios of fast ride.

Chain Stay Covered
Designed with care, the mudguard prevents the accumulation of mud and debris in the most sensitive areas of your suspension, especially around the main pivot of the chain stay.
Gap between frame and chain stay is exposed for accumulation of mud and debris.
The lower part of the mudguard fits perfectly into the internal shape of the chain stay, ensuring minimal impact on tire clearance. As the suspension compresses, the mudguard moves freely, providing protection for bearings and the main pivot, even during bottom-out situations.

Side wall provides additional protection for the belt.
Reliable Attachment
The mudguard is securely attached to the seat stay at four strategically placed points. It consists of two parts that connect along the seat stay. Each attachment point featuring two brackets that hold the profile from both sides and are bolted together with M4 bolts.

Factory-Level Fit
Since we designed this mudguard specifically for the NICOLAI S16 MGU, it seamlessly integrates with the bike. We prioritized maximum tire clearance while also considering the suspension kinematics to ensure that the mudguard fits perfectly throughout the entire suspension compression cycle, including bottom-out.
The mudguard has special pocket that fits to seat tube during bottom out.
The product is an officially approved accessory for NICOLAI bicycles.

I wanted some rear mudguards for mine and my wife’s Nicolai S16’s and found Visionvelo. The sleek design of the racing mudguard appealed to me as well as it being ‘bespoke’ for this superb bike.
After a few days, the mudguard arrived, very neatly packaged with clear instructions. Fitting the guards was very straightforward and I was amazed at how well they fitted the bike.
I 3D print things myself and know how hard it is to achieve fine tolerances.
