The Mini is our most compact solution, measuring 44,5 cm. It focuses strictly on the essentials: protecting the drivetrain and the lower linkage from grit accumulation. Racing Size

At 52 cm, our Racing variant is designed for maximum agility on fast-paced tracks. It is optimized to keep the rear shock and upper linkage clear of heavy mud during competitive stages, ensuring your suspension remains plush and responsive without adding unnecessary surface area.

Universal Size

The Universal version is the go-to choice for all-season trail riding. With a length of 62.5 cm, it provides a robust barrier that protects both the frame’s moving parts and the rider’s lower back from trail spray. It is the perfect balance for long days in unpredictable terrain.

It is secured at four strategic points with M4 stainless steel bolts, creating a rigid connection that stays perfectly aligned even on the roughest technical descents.

Factory-Like Integration

We engineered this profile to follow the precise inner architecture of the Nicolai S16 rear triangle.Thanks to our close cooperation with NICOLAI each guard is digitally mapped to replicate the internal geometry of the rear triangle, ensuring a flush, factory-level fit. This precision ensures that the fender remains perfectly aligned and rattle-free, even during high-impact landings.

Bottom-Out Safe Profile

We developed a specialized “pocket” design. This allows the mudguard to clear the seat tube perfectly during a full bottom-out. You get maximum protection for your bearings and main pivot without any risk of frame contact or mud build-up, even when running high-volume tires.
