It’s built to withstand the rigors of world-class downhill tracks and aggressive enduro laps. Important Compatibility Note: This mudguard is engineered specifically for the unique arch architecture shared by these specific models:

• Öhlins DH38 m.1  & m. 2 (Double Crown): Fully compatible.

• Öhlins RXF38 m.1 (Single Crown): Fully compatible.

• RXF38 m.2 & m.3: Not compatible. These later generations require our dedicated m.2/m.3 fender. 

Unsure of your generation? The m.1 version of the RXF38 features a distinct mounting interface compared to the newer m.2 and m.3 models. Please verify your fork’s markings or arch threaded holes before purchase.

At 22.5 cm, the Mini is our most compact and shuttle-friendly option. Its shortened rear profile is specifically designed to avoid interference with front-wheel holders on chairlifts or shuttle buses. It’s the definitive choice for gravity riders who need essential seal protection without any excess bulk.

Racing

Built to keep your goggles clear during full-gas descents. This aerodynamic 30 cm profile is the go-to choice for competitive laps where high-speed vision is critical. It hits the sweet spot between weight and coverage, delivering essential protection against flying debris while maintaining a streamlined look.

Universal

Our Universal Öhlins fork fender is designed for all-season reliability. Measuring 41.5 cm in length, it is the best front mtb mudguard for robust protection in varied, wet conditions. It acts as a reliable barrier against grit and trail grime, ensuring your focus remains entirely on the line ahead.

The production of this custom fender for the Öhlins DH38 and RXF38 m.1 began with a high-resolution 3D scan of the fork itself. Get your setup dialed. We designed our fenders with independent components, meaning you aren’t limited to factory presets. By mixing different front and rear parts, you can explore 9 possible combinations to find the exact balance of weight and coverage required for the day’s trail conditions.
