Long mudguard with extra long nose
The length of the mudguard is carefully selected to provide optimal mud protection and compact size at the same time. It’s based on real rider experiences from UCI DHI tracks. The fender has extra long nose providing additional protection from mud spraying into face of rider.

Unbeatable tire clearance
The mudguard is equipped with special pockets fitting to the crow and arch of the fork. Thanks to that we could achieve fantastic overall tire clearance with no collision with any suspension element during full compression. You will not find such solution in any “universal” fender on the market.

Factory fit
RockShox made fantastic job with new 2024 BoXXer fork. They provided four, arranged in two rows, bolt holes. It’s very stiff and reliable fixing platform for the mudguard, provided that the mudguard is custom designed. Design of our mudguard is based of 3D scans of actual fork. Thanks to that the fender fits perfectly and uses all advantages provided by the fork manufacturer.

Born from cooperation with Seton Tuning DH team
The mudguard for 2024 RockShox BoXXer has been created in close cooperation with Seton Tuning Team. It has been tested on World Cup tracks at Leogang, Val Di Sole and Les Gets.

Modern 3D printing technology
Have you wondered why other mudguard manufacturers using injection moulding don’t offer fenders designed and dedicated for particular models of forks? It’s because of agronomic initial cost of mould. They tend to produce “universal” models fitting to all forks available on the market with tricky adapters for bolt-on fixing. But to do that they have to make lots of compromises and can’t use full potential of particular forks. Thanks to 3D printing technology we have zero initial production cost and can design mudguard for every fork model separately. We can provide factory fit and use full potential without compromises.
You have bad experience with fragile 3D prints? Don’t be tricked by that. Our mudguards are produced from Polypropylene, durable and ever more elastic that one used in injection moulding. You will be surprised how durable our products are.
