The 2024 BoXXer is built for World Cup racing. When you ride the fastest tracks in the world, you need a fender that stays perfectly still.

Downhill racing is brutal on equipment. Simple plastic flaps often move and rattle when you hit rocks at high speed. We designed this BoXXer front fender to stay silent and secure no matter how rough the trail gets. On the market you could see mudguards bolted-on by only 2 screws.Thanks to a 3D-printed structure that bolts directly to the fork arch with 4 screws, it provides elite protection against mud and flying stones. 

Important Compatibility Note: This mudguard is designed specifically for the RockShox BoXXer MY24 (2024+) with 38mm upper tubes. It uses the four factory screw holes on the back of the arch for a perfect, integrated look.

One Universal Size – Ideal Protection

For the BoXXer MY24, we decided to offer one perfect size. As this mudguard was developed in close collaboration with the Seton Tuning team, its dimensions come directly from pro riders’ requirements to ensure maximum performance on the race track. We tested many different lengths to find the best balance for Downhill racing. This universal size is long enough to block heavy mud and water from hitting your goggles, but compact enough to stay rock-solid and silent when you are pinned at high speed. It is the ideal choice for any track, from dry bike parks to soaking wet race runs.

Uncompromising Clearance (29×2.5 Tire) 

The new BoXXer is made for big tires. Our guard is shaped to hug the internal curve of the arch perfectly, even when you bottom out the fork. It takes up only about 2 mm of space, providing the maximum possible clearance for high-volume tires. We tested this setup with 29×2.5 and 2.6 tires to make sure it never rubs.

Reliable 4-Bolt Mounting (No zip-ties) 

DH riding needs a mount that stays put. Our BoXXer guard uses four stainless steel bolts that screw directly into the factory threads on the fork arch. This rigid 3D-printed structure stays perfectly stable and quiet on the roughest tracks, completely eliminating the need for any zip-ties.

“Factory” Look Without Adapters 

We started with a high-precision 3D scan of the BoXXer MY24 fork. This allows the mudguard to fit perfectly to the arch. It doesn’t look like an extra part—it looks like it was installed by the RockShox factory.

Born from Cooperation with Seton Tuning DH Team

This mudguard for the 2024 RockShox BoXXer was created together with the Seton Tuning Team. We tested it on World Cup tracks like Leogang, Val Di Sole, and Les Gets to make sure it can handle the toughest racing conditions. By working with pro riders, we ensured it stays perfectly stable during every run.
