The fender you are looking at is a masterpiece of fit and performance. It is trusted by riders who stay off the brakes when the trail gets rowdy and dangerous.
Big forks need strong protection. Simple plastic flaps cannot handle the speed and rock strikes of hard enduro racing. We designed this ZEB front fender to stop the annoying noise and movement you get with zip-ties. By using a rigid, 3D-printed structure that bolts directly to the fork arch, it provides great protection against mud and rocks. This means you can focus on landing the next big jump, not checking if your fender is still there.
Important Compatibility Note: This mudguard is designed to perfectly fit all generations of RockShox ZEB untill 2026 version and MY21+ RockShox DOMAIN forks. This mudguard is not compatible with ZEB relesed in 2026 . Earlier versions of the DOMAIN feature a different architecture that causes fitment issues. Please verify that your fork is model year 2021 or newer before purchasing.
Choose Your ZEB/DOMAIN Fender Size
Because trail conditions dictate your setup, we designed our anti-rattle MTB fender in four distinct lengths. Because the mudguard bolts directly into the arch and wraps around the fork lowers, it offers incredible stability across all dimensions. From dry dust to deep rivers of mud, you have the freedom to choose the exact level of coverage your ride demands:
Mini
The bike park favorite. At 25 cm, this short guard is perfect if you use bike lifts or shuttle buses. Because it is short, it won’t get bent or broken when you put your bike on a rack. It keeps your bike looking clean and fast on dry or dusty trails.
Racing
Built for fast racing. This 30,5 cm guard is the right choice for enduro laps. It stops dirt from hitting your goggles so you can always see the trail clearly. It is light and stays quiet even when you go very fast.
Universal
The best choice for muddy trails and changing weather. At 43 cm, this shield handles all conditions perfectly without being extremely long or bulky. It gives you great protection against mud and water, but keeps your bike looking clean and fast. It is the perfect middle ground for riders who want to be ready for anything.
Long
The best protection for the wettest trails. When there are lots of puddles and standing water on the ground, this 52,5 cm version is your best friend. It is made to stop heavy water and mud from splashing your face, so you can see clearly even when the trail feels like a stream.
Mix-and-Match System
We know from experience that every rider has different preferences for mudguard length. That’s why our product is available in four sizes. But that’s not all! You can mix and match different front and rear parts of our mudguard, giving you 16 possible combinations.
Built-in Seal Protection
Our signature feature is the built-in seal protection with a unique wrap-around design that stays rock-solid on the fork body. We designed the side profiles to sit lower to stop dirt and water from hitting your fork seals. This is the best way to keep your fork working like new for much longer, ensuring it stays smooth on every ride.
Uncompromising Clearance (29×2.6 Tire)
Both the ZEB and DOMAIN are built for big rubber. In contrast to universal mudguards, the shell of our fender precisely follows the internal shape of the arch. It occupies only about 2 mm of space, providing the maximum possible clearance for high-volume tires. We rigorously tested this setup with 29×2.6 tires to ensure zero interference.
Reliable Bolt-On Mounting Without Zip-Ties
Tough riding requires a mounting system that stays put. Our ZEB/DOMAIN guard features a unique fixing system using three main bolts combined with a shape that holds the fork legs at the front and rear. Additionally, sensitive contact areas exposed to vibration are protected by dedicated foam tape. This triangulated structure creates a completely rattle-free experience, all without a single zip-tie.
“Factory-Level” Fit Without Adapters
The design process of the fender is based on an accurate 3D scan of the actual RockShox ZEB fork. This allows the mudguard to fit perfectly to the arch, making it look like a natural, factory-installed extension of your suspension rather than a third-party add-on.

I ordered this fender from the UK because the standard RockShox one was pretty short. It took about a week for Slav to manufacture and then send to me. When it turned up I was very impressed with how precise the fit was to the back of the fork brace. The fender is in two parts and long screws attach them together and as you tighten the fender slides in to position perfectly.
Really impressed by Slav’s attention to detail and very neat design work. Highly recommend this product. No import tax either because of the price.

What a stellar fender! Its a great length that adequately covers the rear of the tire much more than other fenders and also has the front portion for further protection. The build and design of the product is magnificent. Bolts together very nicely and has a sophisticated feel and structure. It truly feels like a quality product that you are adding to your multiple-thousand-dollar bike rather than a cheap piece of thin plastic other fender companies offer. The fender came so well packaged and shipping and communication with Slav was a breeze. I love this fender and think it makes my bike look more aggressive and modern. Also, no noises or rattles can be heard from the fender when riding fast technical terrain.

The print quality is excellent and the fit is spot on. Very well designed to fit tightly around the forks where other mudguards let dirt up onto the seals and stanchions, it’s also surprisingly sturdy but still flexible.

Worth checking is that if I recall right, hex bolts were 3mm and 2mm. Not 2.5mm, as said in the installation manual. And, at least I found it a food idea to put some ”loctite” i.e. thread locker to the threads, maybe worth adding to the manual?

Great product but the install instructs are sadly not great. I’ve put on and taken off a lot of mudguards so luckily I knew what I was doing. The instructions say the required tools are just a 2.5mm alan key, however 3 of the 5 bolts included are 2mm. The instructions also tell you to put the middle bolt in first, but don’t give you any indication as to which bolt that is. Again, for someone who knows what they’re doing this is fine but for an uninformed consumer who’s relying on the instructions to be correct this isn’t great.

Purchased this product, the Rockshox Zeb front Racing mudguard as I was tired of the usual flimsy standard mudguards that don’t seem to last. The mudguard did take a while to arrive, just over two weeks, but I was kept up to date by Slav every step of the way. When it arrived I was amazed at the quality of the guard, it is really nice, sturdy, looks great.and the fit is absolutely perfect. Easy to fit, with instructions if required. I would highly recommend these guards, nothing else comes close. Well done Visionvelo 👏
