Important Compatibility Note: This mudguard is designed to perfectly fit RockShox ZEB B1 forks from 2027 and newers. What is important, this mudguard will not fit older generation forks. If you want to get a ZEB A1 mudguard you can find it here.

The ultimate choice for dry conditions and bike parks. Measuring 25 cm, this ultra-short profile is ideal for riders who prefer a minimalistic look. Due to its compact shape, it remains completely safe from getting warped or damaged when loading your bike onto transport racks. It delivers a streamlined, aggressive aesthetic on dry, hardpack trails.

Racing 

Engineered specifically for high-speed competition. This 30.5 cm shield represents the sweet spot for intensive enduro stages. It effectively prevents roost and dirt from obstructing your vision, ensuring a clear view of the upcoming terrain. Lightweight and low-profile, it remains perfectly silent even at maximum race pace.

Universal

The definitive option for unpredictable weather and muddy terrain. At 43 cm, this comprehensive shield manages diverse trail conditions without adding excessive bulk to your front end. It provides excellent deflection against heavy mud and water sprays while maintaining a clean, fast look. It is the perfect setup for riders looking for an all-weather option.

Long 

Ultimate protection for the absolute wettest environments. When the race stage turns into a stream full of deep puddles and standing water, this 52.5 cm version becomes your primary asset. It is precision-shaped to block heavy water sheets and thick mud from reaching your face, allowing you to maintain focus when visibility drops.

Mix-and-Match System 

We understand that every single rider has distinct requirements when it comes to fender coverage. For this reason, our system features four standalone sizes. Additionally, you can swap and combine different front and rear modules of the guard, unlocking up to 16 custom structural configurations.

Built-in Seal Protection

Our defining design characteristic is the integrated wiper seal guard, featuring a specialized wrap-around shape that locks firmly onto the lower chassis. The side elements drop lower than standard designs to create a mechanical barrier against incoming water and abrasive grit. This provides the ultimate defense to extend service intervals and keep your suspension moving smoothly.

Uncompromising Clearance (29×2.6 Tire) 

The ZEB is built for big rubber. In contrast to universal mudguards, the shell of our fender precisely follows the internal shape of the arch. It occupies only about 2 mm of space, providing the maximum possible clearance for high-volume tires. This setup was tested with 29×2.6 tires to ensure zero interference.

Reliable 4-Bolt Mounting Without Zip-Ties 

MTB riding requires a mounting system that stays put no matter the conditions. Moving away from standard bolt-on setups, this new ZEB guard features a unique fixing system using 4 main bolts. It utilizes 2 bolts screwed classic-style from the top into the fork arch, combined with 2 side bolts screwed directly into the holes on the lower fork legs. Mounting the fender directly into the fork lowers provides exceptional structural stiffness and incredible stability of the mudguard during riding. This rigid, triangulated structure creates a completely rattle-free experience, all without a single zip-tie.

“Factory-Level” Fit Without Adapters 

The design process of the fender is based on an accurate 3D scan of the actual ZEB 27 fork. This allows the two-piece mudguard to fit perfectly to the arch and lowers, making it look like a natural, factory-installed extension of your suspension rather than a third-party add-on.

• Mini – 25 cm long (5,5 cm front / 19,5 cm rear)
• Racing – 30,5 cm long (7,5 cm front / 23 cm rear)

• Long – 52,5 cm long (18 cm front / 34,5 cm rear)
