Basic Mud Protection
This mudguard is long enough to provide basic protection in dry riding conditions. Measuring 19 cm from the seat stay, it offers effective coverage for chain stay main pivot in most scenarios of fast ride.

Chain Stay Covered
Designed with care, the mudguard prevents the accumulation of mud and debris in the most sensitive areas of your suspension, especially around the main pivot of the chain stay.
Gap between frame and chain stay is exposed for accumulation of mud and debris.
The lower part of the mudguard fits perfectly into the internal shape of the chain stay, ensuring minimal impact on tire clearance. As the suspension compresses, the mudguard moves freely, providing protection for bearings and the main pivot, even during bottom-out situations.
Reliable Attachment
The mudguard is securely attached to the seat stay at four strategically placed points. It consists of two parts that connect along the seat stay. Each attachment point featuring two brackets that hold the profile from both sides and are bolted together with M4 bolts.
Factory-Level Fit
Since we designed this mudguard specifically for the Transition smuggler, it seamlessly integrates with the bike. We prioritized maximum tire clearance while also considering the suspension kinematics to ensure that the mudguard fits perfectly throughout the entire suspension compression cycle, including bottom-out.
The mudguard has special pocket that fits to seat tube during bottom out.

The Transsition smuggler mudguard benefits from years of experience in custom mudguard manufacturing for enduro and downhill riding.
