The following Terms and Conditions specify the general conditions of sale applicable in our online store, available at https://visionvelo.eu, operated by Vision Essence Sławomir Gierek, Strumiany 121, Węgrzce Wielkie 32-002, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8732601849, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 383785910.
Business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the Minister responsible for the economy.
1. Scope of the regulations
The regulations apply to all orders placed through our online store. The offer of our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
According to Article 22 of the Civil Code, a consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their economic or professional activity.
2. Conclusion of sales agreement
The sales agreement is concluded with Vision Essence Sławomir Gierek.
The presentation of products in our online store constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract. To enter into a contract, you need to add selected products to the shopping cart and place an order. The shopping cart and the data entered in the forms can be modified before submitting the order by using the available functionalities and messages displayed during the ordering process.
By clicking on the confirmation and finalization button on the order summary page, you are placing a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Upon receipt and registration of your order in the IT system of our online store, a sales contract is concluded. After placing the order, you will receive an email from us confirming the order and the conclusion of the contract.
3. Language and rules of contract formation
The sales agreement can be concluded in the Polish and English languages.
We retain the content of the contract and send you the order-related data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also access information about your orders through your customer account. The Terms and Conditions are also available on the website of our online store in a manner that allows you to obtain, reproduce, and retain its content.
4. Delivery of products
In some cases, additional shipping costs should be added to the prices of the products provided. The ordered products are delivered through courier companies we collaborate with. Detailed information about available delivery methods, delivery times, and shipping costs is presented during the ordering process and in a dedicated information section on our store’s website.
The products offered in the store are sold exclusively through shipping. Unfortunately, personal pickup is not available.
We do not ship products to parcel lockers.
5. Payments
The following payment methods are available for you in our online store:

6. The right to withdraw from the contract
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract, as provided in the information contained in the notice on the right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw from the contract also applies to natural persons entering into a contract directly related to their economic activity when the content of the contract does not have a professional character for these individuals, particularly based on the subject matter of their economic activity, as made available under the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
7. Damages incurred during transportation
In the case of consumer distance purchases, our store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods during transportation. If the ordered products are delivered with obvious damages incurred during transport, we kindly request that you promptly report such defects to the courier and contact us. Delay in reporting such a complaint or establishing contact has no consequences for your statutory rights (described below in the section regarding complaints) and their fulfillment. However, faster notification assists us in pursuing our claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
8. Complaints: conformity of goods with the contract / defects
We are obligated to deliver goods without defects. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Consumer is entitled to rights specified in Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act. In accordance with the provisions set forth therein, the Consumer may demand repair or replacement of the goods not in conformity with the contract, or submit a statement on the price reduction of the goods or withdraw from the contract.
We are responsible for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract that is revealed within 2 years from their delivery unless we have specified a longer period of usability for a particular product – in such a case, that longer period shall apply.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the above provisions regarding the Consumer shall also apply to a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their economic activity when the content of the contract does not have a professional character for that person, particularly based on the subject matter of their economic activity, as made available under the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

9. Services provided electronically
In order to use our online store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, it is necessary to have a multimedia device with an installed web browser and access to the Internet and email. It is recommended to enable the support for JavaScript and the storage of Cookies in the browser settings. Users are obligated to use the online store in accordance with the law and good practices, and it is prohibited to provide unlawful content.
We take all necessary actions to ensure the fully correct functioning of the service and interface of our online store to the extent determined by the current technical knowledge. We commit to promptly resolve any reported irregularities and technical issues within a reasonable timeframe. This also applies to the option of subscribing to the newsletter or creating a customer account, if these services are provided within our store. Should you discover any irregularities or disruptions in the operation of our website and services, please notify us using the contact information provided above. In a complaint related to irregularities associated with the technical functioning of the online store, please indicate the nature and date of occurrence of the irregularities.

Buyer protection is activated by clicking on the appropriately marked button on the Trustcard tab, which appears as a pop-up window on the order confirmation page of our store, thanking you for placing an order. In order to offer you buyer protection, Trustcard needs to access the order data stored in your browser’s cache memory. The access is strictly local, and no order data is transmitted to Trusted Shops unless you actively decide to secure your purchase with buyer protection or give consent to share order data with Trusted Shops. If you give your consent, a hash value of your email address, order number, and order amount will be sent to Trusted Shops. The use of the aforementioned out-of-court methods for asserting claims and resolving disputes is voluntary and can only take place if both parties to the dispute (the consumer and the seller) agree to it.
None of the provisions of this Terms and Conditions are intended to infringe upon the statutory rights of the Consumer. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Terms and Conditions and the Consumer’s rights arising from applicable laws and regulations, the statutory regulations shall always prevail over the disputed provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
