This is fitting manual for accessories dedicated for NICOLAI S16 MGU bike.
Dummy battery cover
Purpose
The cover is intended to close frame slot when FIT battery removed. It is useful during bike transportation on car rack or during wash.
Please notice that MGU is not working when battery removed, you can not change gears and ridging without battery is not recommended.
Tools required
To assembly the cover you will need 2.5 mm allen key (not included).
Cover installation is tool free.
Assembly
To minimise box size, the cover is shipped in two parts and requires assembly before installation.
You can do that by bolting the parts together with four m3x10 bolts.
Due to material shrinkage after printing, there may be small gaps between parts on the bolted corners. Tighten the bolt to close the gaps.
Installation
You can install the cover similar way as FIT battery. Start from bottom part and the secure the cover with security knob.
Battery lock is not used to hold the cover, however you will need to close it to remove the key.

this looks really find, will this cover also fit on a BULLS VUCA AM with the Pinion MGU?

We have to assume that it will not fit. The overall shape is similar, however lower hooks are specific to NICOLAI S16 MGU frame and cannot say whether will fit to internals of BULLS frame.

I got 2 of these battery covers last week.
They fit perfectly well on our BULLS VUCA EVO FSX1.
The orange version looks beautiful and is of good quality. Delivery time to Germany was only 3 days. Thanks @ Sławomir!
