Set Contents:
- 1x Fender (2-piece design)
- 2x M3x25 bolts (requires 2.5 mm Allen key)
- 2x M3 washers (7 mm)
- 4x M3x10 bolts (requires 2.5 mm Allen key)
Attention! Tighten all bolts carefully. Do not overtighten.
Step 1: Remove the factory arch cover
Unscrew the plastic cover from the fork arch. Put the original factory screws aside – they will not be needed to install your new fender.
Step 2: Prepare the rear section for installation
Take the rear section of the fender and the bolt kit. Insert the two longer bolts (M3x25) together with the 7 mm washers into the upper mounting holes of the fender. Next, place two short bolts (M3x10) into the mounting holes located underneath the seal guards.
Step 3: Fit the rear section into place
With the bolts pre-placed in their holes, position the rear section against the back of the fork arch. Then, tighten the two short bolts located under the seal guards directly into the fork legs.
Step 4: Mount the front section
Position the front section against the front of the fork arch. Tighten the remaining two short bolts (M3x10) to join both sections together at the bottom of the fender. Finally, use the two long bolts to secure both fender sections directly to the fork arch.
