Steel molds require a grueling, months-long testing process because there is absolutely zero room for error once a mold is cast. In our case, making adjustments is much simpler, faster, and easier. If real-world trail testing reveals that a millimeter needs to be tweaked, we don’t have to wait around for factory re-tooling. We simply update the digital file, and the perfected version is ready to print instantly, ensuring you get the most optimized gear without the endless wait.



Full Design Freedom and Weight Control
Another huge advantage comes down to pure engineering. Injection molding imposes strict technological limitations-due to the requirements of the process, everything has to be relatively thin so the material cools properly and doesn’t warp during production. In 3D printing, this problem completely vanishes. We can design parts with any thickness, perfectly matching our durability requirements. Additionally, this technology lets us decide what goes inside the walls of the fender. We can make the parts partially hollow on the inside by using a special infill structure. As a result, we achieve incredible stiffness and durability, without negatively affecting the overall weight of our fenders-they remain extremely lightweight.
